Now that I'm back in LA I plan to get back into my lifting routine that I started with my trainer Sandro before I left.
I've lost 20lbs since I've been gone. My goal is to gain a majority of it back. What I liked about having more muscle is that it became built in padding/cushioning for rolling and falls in stunts and freerunning. I've been boney my whole life so a little extra muscle to help protect my boniness is just right.
This is my second day going to 24hr Fitness. Routine will consist of one muscle group per day 5 days a week bright an early starting at 5:30am.
It's good to be back!
